PROMOTING WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT IN VIDEO PRODUCTION

Through the implementation of this EU-funded project, NET d.o.o. aims to highlight the importance of promoting women's employment at all levels of the video production industry, including creative, technical, and managerial positions.

Although video production, as part of the audiovisual and multimedia industry, is often regarded as a sector that promotes openness and inclusivity, women continue to be underrepresented in practice, particularly in technical and leadership roles within production, post-production, and project management. NET d.o.o. seeks to encourage greater interest among women in pursuing careers within this sector and to contribute to a more balanced representation of women and men at all levels of the company.

Special attention is given to gender equality and the prohibition of discrimination in any form. During the recruitment process, candidates are assessed solely on the basis of their knowledge, skills, and competencies, regardless of gender, age, religion, political affiliation, or any other personal characteristic.

Working in the audiovisual and multimedia industry requires creativity, precision, teamwork, and the ability to manage complex projects, and these qualities are equally present among both women and men. The company believes that team diversity contributes to content quality, innovation, and the overall success of projects. Through their approach, organizational abilities, and creative solutions, women make a significant contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the business.

Following the completion of the project, NET d.o.o. will continue to actively promote gender equality, encourage the employment of women, and ensure equal opportunities for professional development and career advancement at all levels of the organization.
