HISTORY
From the beginning of its operations in 1988, NET has been engaged in the design, development, and maintenance of various business software solutions, which has also been the company’s core activity.
We have developed a wide range of software solutions for accounting and bookkeeping, computer-based cash register systems, as well as specialized software packages such as access control systems (entry/exit tracking) and the first comprehensive domestic solutions for cinema operations, among others.
Over time, the company’s focus shifted significantly, which also influenced the work of the software department, leading it to focus on the development of multimedia applications during the 2000s.
The next step was a transition towards the development of interactive and multimedia applications for mobile devices, with a particular focus on XR (AR, MR, VR) technologies.
MOBILE APPs
By 2020, we had developed a rich proprietary software library that enables us to create a wide range of interactive mobile applications based on AR/MR technologies.
Our platform enables the development of "Read-a-Long" applications, which serve as an enhancement to printed editions—such as picture books—and, in addition to enriching content with audio and video elements, also provide user interaction.
Another capability is the development of applications that place the user in mixed reality (MR), between the real environment and digital content within a 360° space.
XR EXPERIENCES
Projects that deliver an XR experience consist of both software and the necessary hardware.
XR experiences can be delivered through AR/MR or VR technologies. The goal is to place the viewer at the center of a world that can be entirely virtual or a combination of real and virtual elements.
The overall XR experience can be enhanced with sound, including music, sound effects, and narration.
